What is mental health diagnosis? Some examples of diagnosis are depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, mood disorders and addictive behaviors. INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY

GR0UP PSYCHOTHERAPY

Provides a place where individuals can come together with others to learn skills in a group setting, share problems or concerns, to increase insight and understanding of their own situation in a non-judgmental and in a supportive environment with peers and lead by a clinician.

FAMILY AND COUPLES THERAPY

Focus is on family or couple rather than the individual. Focus is more couple or family-centered, evaluate the family or the couple, their roles and development and seeking to work on communication, safety and connection, improvement of the relationship, and intimacy and connection.
