Seeking Clarity, LLC does not directly work with health insurance companies or is in network with any health insurance company, due to the complexities and administrative demands of insurance management. Therefore, Seeking Clarity, LLC understands that navigating the world of insurance and billing can be overwhelming, which is why Seeking Clarity, LLC has partnered with Thrizer for billing and insurance management. You also have the option to be completely self-pay and opt(ed) out of using your health insurance’s out of network benefits. Please note that Seeking Clarity, LLC is not responsible for ensuring reimbursement from your insurance company or for the services provided by Thrizer.

- You can choose to use Thrizer, to streamline the billing process and handle insurance claims on your behalf.
- Or, if you prefer, you can request a Superbill from Seeking Clarity, LLC and submit it directly to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement

How Do You Get Started with Thrizer? It’s Super Easy! Here’s how working with Thrizer makes everything easier for both of us:

- Set Up Your Account: Prior to your first appointment, please create your account.
- Insurance Information: Upload your insurance information to verify your health insurance benefits and estimate of your benefits
- Send an Invitation: Find Nabila Hassan, under Seeking Clarity, LLC using the email address: [email protected]
- Paying for Your Session: After each session, you’ll pay your session fee, and Thrizer will handle the rest, including submitting claims directly to your insurance.
- Get Reimbursed: Thrizer processes your claims and ensures that you’re reimbursed as quickly as possible.

- Book Your Session Schedule and attend your therapy session as usual.
- Pay Only Your Portion Thrizer checks your out-of-network benefits and tells you exactly how much you owe after insurance reimbursement. You only pay your reduced portion upfront (instead of the full session fee).

How Superbill Works:
- At the end of each month, we will provide you with a superbill that includes all relevant details, such as the dates of service, diagnosis code, and the total amount paid.
- You are responsible for submitting the superbill to your insurance provider. Each insurance company has different requirements, so we recommend checking with your provider to ensure the submission process is smooth.
- Reimbursement rates typically range from 25-85% of the service rate, this could mean getting anywhere from $90 to $150 reimbursed per session, depending on your insurance plan.
